This weekend has been so busy. I've had a mixture of work and pageant appearances. Yesterday I met up with one of my fellow Wiltshire Beauty Queens, Hannah who I will be competing with in British Beauty Queen in 2 weeks. Luckily we're in different categories so Wiltshire have 2 chances and getting some new crowned girls! This was my first appearance out of my Runner Up Miss Swindon Sash which was really strange but it was a good feeling.
I made my first appearance at the Railway Village Summer Fete. It was more of a family event but it was lovely to see communities come together in the running up to the 160th anniversary of Swindon. Hannah and I gave our circus skills a try which was embarrassing on my behalf because I'm shockingly bad but it was fun!
Then we made our way to the other side of Swindon where we attended the Smash fun day which was run by one of Hannah's PT clients. Luckily the whether was gorgeous so lots of people came out for the day
Then finally we headed to Swindon Rugby club for the Swindon 7s tournament. I don't get much of a chance to watch rugby and I did really enjoy it. Rugby players are very easy on the eye as agreed by Hannah and I. Sadly I had to leave before helping present the trophies but I did enjoy going out and meeting some new people within the community!
With only 2 weeks until the pageant, I've been very busy! My dress is getting taken up tomorrow then all I have to worry about is finishing making my British wear, I am very excited but I'm dreading the experience!
