We set off from her hour at around 5ish, and her Dad who is a very frequent visitor to London said we'd make it in plenty of time. We had a happy atmosphere and we had music playing, keeping us in the mood. Time passed very quickly and as we got to the final hour we realised there was a very small chance we'd make the support act (5 Seconds of Summer) but I wasn't overly worried. When we saw signs to Wembley we were so glad it was only 5 miles away! 1 hour later and we were still queued. We saw people leaving their cars and walking to the venue because the traffic was queued.
We arrived at 8.10 and my fear was hearing them singing but to our luck, One Direction didn't come on until 8.30. I felt such a relief knowing I wasn't going to miss a minute! When they came onto the stage, it finally hit me that I was actually seeing them and I was so happy. I couldn't fault their performance! They were just amazing.
We left the concert feeling amazing but only to discover the standstill traffic surrounding the stadium. We resulted to getting a Mcdonalds (as did many over fans) and we finally left at 1am. I finally arrived home at 2.15 and I had to be up for work at 6.45. As tired as I was, I don't regret going because I had an amazing time and it was even better that I got to spend it with my best friend! I would recommend their concerts to everyone I know and I WILL be returning to another concert! I'm still wishing I could relive the night, but the videos I have will have to do for now :)
LOL, I am glad you have this chance! it's obviously SO special for you!!!
